I was told that one unit had to be replaced entirely and the other door needed new springs. They only sold one brand which is a very good unit, but the price was high. However, I was given two estimates. I could do a band-aid fix for a much lower price, or spend the money to fix everything. I opted to fix everything. I spent more than I thought I would have to, but the work was done properly and everything works just fine. I also have the warranty, so if anythings goes wrong, they will come back out and fix it. Overall, I am very happy, I just didn't reallize I was going to be spending so much.
