Matt with Door-Mart was very knowledgeable about garage doors. We requested a key pad outside the garage, a replacement remote, and overall maintenance on our door. He had to come back the following day with our remote because he did not have the kind of remote we wanted.

They were very responsive with e-mail contact and job scheduling. Arriving as scheduled, the installer was knowledgeable about garage doors and efficiently made the installation. Cleanup was thorough. There was an error with billing that I initially paid and am now working out the remedy with Pete. (Door Mart owner) I expect to resolve the difference soon.
