Arrived within agreed upon window of time. Did initial assessment and discussed options with me. Quickly agreed upon pricing for services. Got straight to work and completed job quickly and thoroughly. Took most trash away, but stated he didn't have room in the van for the old openers & screw drive and rails. I will have to disassemble them to discard.
Only disappointment was Brian's recall of our discussion about equipment. I told him I had screw drive openers and wanted to stay with that. When he arrived, he brought "chain" openers only and indicated that was what we discussed. As I needed repairs immediately, I agreed to the "chain" drive units.
Be certain you are explicit about equipment when you get initial prices from Brian. He starts with the "most economical" option.
