Honest, hard working and determined. He went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. We were thinking of replacing the whole unit but he also offered us a choice of replacing a wearing out part.

The service man ( Armando ) show up in a timely manner and did an excellent job of replacing the large coil spring on my garage door system. Armando was pleasant and very professional. I was very satisfied by the job he did and have actually recommended his company to people at work. His charge was much lower ($75.00) than another estimate from a closer company in the DeKalb, Il. area.
