The technician showed up on time, was extremly courteous and diligent. However, I do think he could have done a better job of sizing up the project before he started. As it was he ran into a small problem that made for an installation that is not the most professional looking. He also mis-calculated the distance between the opener and the outlet which also makes for a non-professional looking install. More attention to detail at the onset would have prevented this.
