Response to my contact was prompt and courteous. Mike quickly came to prepare an estimate, and answer my questions. There was no pressure to take immediate action. When I bought the door and his services, Mike explained that a special order door could take as much as two weeks and so I was pleased when he called in a week and a half to arrange a date for installation. The installation was totally painless, Mike and his working partner were truly pros at what they do. We're delighted with the door and with the installation work. They cleaned up what little mess there was and took the old door and hardware with them. A great experience.

I hired American Overhead Doors to remove (2) Old wooden doors, and replace them with high quality steel doors, plus (2) Lift Master Openers. I'm extremely happy with both the quality of work and of the products I purchased. They were on time for all appointments, and other than the beautiful new doors on my garage - you'd never know they were there. They removed the old doors and cleaned the area of installation; leaving no mess for me to clean up. I would definitely recommend American Overhead Doors.
