he responded to my phone call very quickly, made resaonable suggestions and answered questions, gave a quote, did not add extra charges after the quote, performed the work quickly and well, called after the job to see if there were any problems or concerns.
the only issue - a minor one - was that he transposed the inside garage door switches, so that the left was on the right and vice versa, but when he discovered it my wife told hiom not to fix it as it was fine as is.
