My door was in 3 days after I called to make an appointment. The tech. was very friendly and answered all my questions very thoroughly. The door is quiet and thus far works great. My automatic opener had a little seal crack by one of the numbers and they had it fixed the day I called. This company is a little more expensive then some, but I went with them because of their Lifetime Warranty on Parts and Labor.

They were on time for the initial estimate visit (the other "Pro" didn't show up OR call). They gave me a reasonable price. They were knowledgable, courteous, and relibale. When they installed the garage door and new opener, they did so quickly and professionally. I am very satisfied with their work. The only misgivings I have the lack of color choices for the door and the 3 weeks it took to have the door built before it could be delivered and installed. They do not maintain a stock of doors for immediately delivery. But I like the door that I received.
