I contacted him late in the day and explained I was going to be out town most of the next day, and that I needed job done asap, so he came within 2 hrs gave me an estimate. He was there on time the next day and completing job when I got home. Everything cleaned up, explained installation, door warranty and showed me a couple of corrections he made to the wiring on the door protection at no additional charge. It was great to have a contractor actually do what they say they will do and at a most reasonable cost.
