Our Garage Door had almost torn loose from the door opener. Ken explained that he would nornally just replace the top slate but that the style of door was no longer available. He was helpful in selecting a new door but insisted that the opener was still good and that it only needed a $90 repair. He installed the door beautifully. While showing us how easily and quietly it worked, the door opener suddenly "popped" and issued smoke. I said to my husband, :God has just told us to get a new opener." Ken said that he could still repair the opener for $150 is we wanted. We decided that we would feel better with a new opener. No pressure !
