Response to my contact was prompt and courteous. Mike quickly came to prepare an estimate, and answer my questions. There was no pressure to take immediate action. When I bought the door and his services, Mike explained that a special order door could take as much as two weeks and so I was pleased when he called in a week and a half to arrange a date for installation. The installation was totally painless, Mike and his working partner were truly pros at what they do. We're delighted with the door and with the installation work. They cleaned up what little mess there was and took the old door and hardware with them. A great experience.

It is rare today to fine contractors who do such an excellent job. One reason for this is that they send out employees or sub contractors. At Eagle Overhead Door the work is done completely by the owners who pay attention to every detail. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
