Ernie contacted me just after I completed your questionnaire for replacing a garage door. He came by for an estimate the next day (despite living in Fredricksburg - we live in Vienna, VA); four other garage door representatives also gave me in person estimates. We decided to go with Ernie because of his professional demeanor and price. He has replaced the twowooden doors but will be coming back to replace one panel (the window panel) because it has a small crack. He also volunteered to paint the rim and inside edges. Ernie, at least for this job, is a one-man operation. We wholeheartedly recommend him.

He was thorough and professional, he not only had the best quote, he also made suggestions to the structure that although added more money to the quote, saved us overall in the replacement and fixing of the original door.
