Coudn't be more pleased with the finished work and the guys at All City Door. They came out and gave me a free estimate, were extremely knowledgable and good at explaining the available options and constraints. One the day of the install the workers showed up a few minutes early, completed well within the estimated timeframe and left me with a finished project that exceeded my expectations.

Joel was very rude about collecting his payment. I was told the techinician would be at my house between 10-2 PM and would take a few hours to complete the job. I was at work when the job was done and I couldn't answer my phone when Joel called to tell me the job was done. He called me 7 times in less than an hour and left 3 messages, telling me that he was going to start charging me $69 an hour if I didn't get back to him ASAP. At no time prior to job completion did he tell me there is a surcharge for "paying late" (paying late = more than 10 min after the job is done I assume). He said he has never had to deal with this. Never again.

They responded quickly to our request for service. They laid out three optiobns for the door and 2 options for the opener. He came quickly on the day agreed and replaced the door and picked up all the pieces from the old door even replacing some lumber that wasn't noted originally. It is perfect and everyone commemts on how nice it is and it is so easy to open and close with the remotes. We recommended them to our son and his wife.
