Overall my experience with Beckway was very positive. We replaced 2 original doors on a 50 year old garage with Heritage steel doors. Jeff (sales) was very personable and took the time to explain the installation process and answer all of our questions. Beckway was not the cheapest quote we got but they worked with our budget. There were a few issues - one with scheduling and the other with the door handles but all were resolved pretty quickly. Jeff was also kind enough to make an unexpected service call to another property that we own for a repair. All three doors work great so far, and the 2 new doors look fabulous.

Installation was put off two different times. I would have rather been told it will take 3 weeks and get done in 2; than vice-versa.

We had multiple estimates. Bechway was the most professional and precise. They actually sent a two man team because our physical set up was a bit difficult. They were on time, highly skilled, and did an overall great job.
