Door Pro's sales man had to go through all the hoops even though I had already don a lot of research on the doors. He mis calaclated the cost by $1000 low and I called him and told him of his error. He came back the same day to correct the paperwork. The doors came woth out the trim package (it wasn't ordered by the company). So they had to come out a second time. Then the trim was wrong. They came back latter that day and installed the correct trim. Work was good. They cleaned everything up and we are very satisfied with the doors. New motor and drive is extreamly quiet.
