Door Mart was the first to provide me with a quote, and George answered almost a dozen questions I had. I was nervous about using a company I had never heard of, but his answers gave me confidence.
The technician arrived a few minutes late, but had called ahead to make sure I was available and let me know his schedule. He gave me an estimated time as soon as he arrived and was very accurate. The tech was polite and hard working. I purchased some high quality Chicago overhead doors at a very good proce/ I will probably never need doors again, but I will use door mart for repairs and will recommend them to anyone that asks.

Very Positive experience. I started out thinking I needed a new garage door opener because the door was opening by itself at different times. George explained how I could fix that and I didn't need a new door opener. So since I had found an honest contrator, I figured I would invest in an insulated garage door. I had wanted an insulated garage door for years since my house gets the afternoon sun. My garage is an oven in the summer and . It was handled very professionally. George even provided the paperwork for a tax credit.
