The work was completed on time and as requested. A few extra costs were encountered, but they were caused by either unforeseen conditions or owner changes. Some of the project detail should have been discussed and agreed upon prior to the proposal. In summary, on a scale of 1 to 10, I would rank the overall experience as an 8.5. Work was completed on time, budget was reasonable, quality of the work was good. Guys really are hard workers. Sub contractors (masonry & excavation) were excellent. I would recommend this contractor.
