There is not a final product (2 car garage) yet, so this is just my thoughts for now. So far, each group of workers has come in and worked really hard, and done what looks like a good job.

If I would ask for improvement in any area, it would be for a little better communication. Maybe a call the night before a group of workers come in to let me know what to expect, do they need my car out of the driveway, etc. I realize weather is a factor, but there tends to be a flurry of activity, then nothing for a few days, then another group appears.

Other than that, Paul has been very helpful, knowledgeable, and very good with suggestions and/or alternatives.

Repair a Flat, Foam or Single Ply Roof in 02122

Victor came out to assess project within 24 hr. He provided a detailed description of how he would fix the problem, he explained the relevant caveats and he gave an accurate estimated cost. He returned and completed the work in a timely manner (within 48 hr), using top materials and went extra mile to make sure he did quality work. Provided a full written warranty (2 yr labor, 30 yr materials) and left the site clean and clear of all materials/debris. He's not only an experienced contractor, but he's polite and courteous. Would definitely recommend him.
