Danny called me about 20 minutes after I put in my request. He was polite and courteous and agreed to come out within 24 hours (he would have come the same day but it was raining). He told me he would call later to confirm my appt for the next day. He did (imagine that; a contractor who does what they say they're going to do).
He showed up a few minutes early, assessed the problem & got to work right away. He even explained to me why the problem was happening & what he did to fix it. And he gave me a great deal on cleaning the gutters--something I hadn't contracted for but sorely needed. Totally, highly recommended. I found my gutter guy!
