Shortly after submitting our request to Service Magic, we received a call from Mr. Betancur's office. We wanted our six dining room chairs re-upholstered since they were now over 10 years old. He and his assistant came to our house that same day with samples of material that based on our description of what we would like in color and texture. We made a small down payment, and they took the chairs with them. Later that same week, the chairs were returned looking as though they were brand new. The workmanship was completely flawless. We truly enjoyed working with this efficient company and would use them again. We highly recommended them.
