I called for a sofa cushion repair and ended up with that AND eight custom drapery panels with custom rods. The sofa repair was great and she picked up and delivered. The true value, however, was Karen's work in custom drapery. She met at our house two times and brought numerous fabric samples. After getting to know our design scheme, she began making suggestions based on her vast experience and work with Seattle designers. The quality of the finished product was first rate. The cost was a bit more than off-the-rack, but it's not even worth comparing their work to store bought - there's no going back for us!! Thanks, Karen & Emkay
