I posted to Service Magic on a Saturday. I got a call back that same day from Ricardo Rodriquez, and he came to my place Monday morning. While other contractors were submitting bids, Ricardo gave me a very good price and was ready to do my job right then. It turned out to be more complicated than either of us had anticipated, requiring a lot of extra work because of the unexpected nature of the repair -- but he and his son stuck with the price and stuck with the job, making sure both sleeper sofas I asked him to fix were working just right. They were careful with the furniture, did the jobs right, and were pleasant to spend time with.
