So far, very good. I did ask for an itemization of the bill, and Chris could not produce one. He was only able to produce a total price for job.
Chris arrived on time, was a good listener, and within the time frame discussed, he returned with plans and a price. He responded to my ideas with a plan.
I have not hired anyone yet because I am still getting estimates for this job.
Before I hire anyone, I review three separate estimates.
Will not know for approx. 2-3 weeks.
