My original reason for contacting someone was to have my ducts looked at because my upstairs is so cold. The person I made the appt with suggest that I make it an annual service call & then I could just have the person check my ducts while he was there - great plan - thanks - but it doesn't appear that info go to the technician. He didn't know anything about my request regarding the ductwork. He looked at it & made whatever adjustments he could given the limited access to the ducts. I guess my only negative is the lack of communication with the service person of what my real objective was.
