When we scheduled the appointment we had no idea how bad of shape our heater was really in. He was great. He stayed about five hours to fix it when he could have easily told us that we would have to reschedule it. I was really impressed with this company and technician.

My original reason for contacting someone was to have my ducts looked at because my upstairs is so cold. The person I made the appt with suggest that I make it an annual service call & then I could just have the person check my ducts while he was there - great plan - thanks - but it doesn't appear that info go to the technician. He didn't know anything about my request regarding the ductwork. He looked at it & made whatever adjustments he could given the limited access to the ducts. I guess my only negative is the lack of communication with the service person of what my real objective was.
