Miles was polite and obviously new what he was doing. I gave him four stars becuase two days after he replaced the hot surface ignitor the heater again stopped working (flame wasn't being detected). It turned out that the flame sensor (thermocouple) had an excessive amount of residue on it which probably was the root cuase of the ignitor's premature failure. After cleaning the flame sensor everything worked like a charm. I will be using him again in the event that I can't fix the issue myself........
