Chuck, with Pike's Peak Sheet Metal was very responsive and empathetic to our situation -- furnace was out during the first cold snap of the year, leaving our house at a very uncomfortable mid- to high-50's. Chuck was able to quickly identify the cause of the outage - a failed igniter - order the part, and had it installed in no time. He also performed some diagnostics to ensure the rest of the unit was in good working condition.
What makes Chuck unique is his congenial disposition; he was very friendly and truly seemed to care about getting us taken care of. That seems harder and harder to find these days. Thanks PPSM

They were not able to stick with the plan on their furnace bid, and were not able to contact me, so they put in a much more expensive furnace than I had asked for. They came back and adjusted the burner. They seem to have gone to every effort to ensure I would be satisfied.
