The office staff was very professional and responsive. The technician was thorough and competent and even put on shoe protectors. We signed up for their 2010 Comfort Care Maintenance Contract. Our complaint is that they pushed too much to sell over-priced extras. We did have one of them done: the technician installed 2 clean-out tees and 1 coupling, which took 15 minutes. Even tho the technician was already here and the parts were in his truck, we were charged a standard service fee of $150, which was in addition to the introductory HVAC system maintenance service fee!
