Todd called immediately after your service magic appeared and made contact with me via phone. Pleasant discussion with his service type and what he does. Made an appointment to perform service on my hot water heat oil boiler. Did all work professionally and very clean. Discussed various aspects of what is out there for efficiency and rated the condition of my boiler. Had a problem with the boiler a week later and he came out to look at it. did additional cleaning and checking out the system. Diagnosed the possible problem and gave me fair options for possible repair if needed. Todd is fair, reasonable and very good service.
