They were able to send out someone as soon as they found out that the house doesn't have heat. The lady I spoke to mentioned that she will be sending someone out minutes later I spoke to ServiceMagic Rep so me & my family is not in a cocoon trying to fight the cold. I really appreciated that. Service was good too

I had a great experience with Temp Rite. The blower on my furnace stopped as it was getting colder out. Tom came out very quickly and found that my furnace was 20+ years old and had significant damage. There was no pressure whatsoever to hire them to replace it. He got the blower working temporarily, but it stopped again a few days later just as the weather hit freezing. Although they clearly have a busy schedule, Tom came out the next day to replace it.
Everyone I had any interaction with was friendly, sincere, and informative. I will be very happy to recommend Temp Rite to everyone I know.
