I would say good but I have nothing to compare them to. This is my first experience with owning a home. Other then not knowing if the pricing was fair, we were without heat for 10 days waiting for a part. It may be the normal amount of time it takes, but once again not knowing that I can't say I was satisfied waiting as we did. Part of me feels it would have been longer to if our service magic rep had not intervened on our behalf. Nine days after the original service call, she called us to ask us about our experience and I told her nothing had been fixed yet. She called Superior and then I got a call from them within the next few hours.

Mr. Rivera worked with our schedules to find a time to come to our house. He gave quotes up front and charged a fare price for labor, plus the cost of the materials needing to be replaced. He also took time to answer our questions and explain how the system works. He fixed a broken damper and conducted duct cleaning and fumigation. We recommend him highly.
