Dana was very professional and responsive. Due to many problems with the furnace Dana had to come out serval times to service the furnace. He made sure that the furnace was repaired properly and would not leave until all of the work was correctly done. Cleveland Comfort Solutions is the only compnay that I will use for any furnace repairs and if needed to one day replace this furnace.

Nick showed up on time, did a thorough inspection and spent time going over items found. He gave us tips to save us money rather than do it himself and charge us for it. He took his time explaining what to do and what to watch for. The price was very competitive.
