We had an intermittent problem with our furnace which 5 other repairmen were unable to find. Craig just about disassembled the entire unit and did some research on the flash codes to determine the area of the problem. The intermittent failure of the furnace has stopped but the problem may still exist, if so we are confident that Craig can fix any problem with the unit. Quality is on our auto dialer as our heating and cooling repairman.
