The office was expeditious with getting the required repair information to the consumer as well as faxing credit apps. to promptly aide with getting discounts initiated. The 30 min. advance notice was provided as promised. The turn around time was excellent. A tech was on the job & working in less than three hours. The problem with the furnace was intermittant, but the tech was determined to duplicate the problem & find a resolution before he left the scene.
I thougt the rapair cost was a bit pricey for the replacement of the thermostat and wiring, but I guess you get what you pay for.
