There was a problem with the first appointment, where the technician got delayed at a prior appointment and we had to reschedule. On the second try, he did a terrific job, and I would recommend them to anyone.

I thought Robert was coming to give me an estimate. Instead, he actually did work and charged me for it. I wasn't expecting that, which isn't good, but the work that he did was great. So job-wise, highly recommended. But definitely make sure you tell him that you're looking to just get a quote if that's the case.
