There was a slight unforeseen problem getting my heater restarted after just a "cleaning", so I was a little concerned. The next day my heater wouldn't run at all, but after calling them, they responded in fast time and were back out the next day to re-fix the problem. So far no future problems, and 'Im satisfied with the service.

I had a great experience with Temp Rite. The blower on my furnace stopped as it was getting colder out. Tom came out very quickly and found that my furnace was 20+ years old and had significant damage. There was no pressure whatsoever to hire them to replace it. He got the blower working temporarily, but it stopped again a few days later just as the weather hit freezing. Although they clearly have a busy schedule, Tom came out the next day to replace it.
Everyone I had any interaction with was friendly, sincere, and informative. I will be very happy to recommend Temp Rite to everyone I know.
