Bob was on time, he explained the process, he showed me how to remove, clean and replace my furnace filter, and he left his name and number for future cleaning/maintenance. He also recommended that I begin to save for a new furnace as it will be needed in the future. Bob did not pressure me into doing unnecessary work nor did he try to get me to buy a new furnace before it is needed--he just offered to help when it is needed.
