I negotiated a lower price than their estimate, in order to include an additional task: I wan ted the ductwork insulated. The total job took four days, and the workmen were no trouble.

We were well informed on the oil boiler and they were timely with appointments and installation. The installers should have done a better job cleaning up after installation. There was a problem with the panel box that came with the boiler. They came back out that night and determined that it was bad, and it was replaced the next day.

Overall, we were satisfied.
