Ray was very honest and reasonable... very easy to work with. I ended up needing electrical help as well and he recommended an electrician who was highly qualified. My only complaint is that the electrician has been hard to get a hold of - but I can't hold that against Ray.

Came out quick, did a great job connecting my jacuzzi steam generator, which involved fishing a wire through the wall from the third floor to the cellar, something I certainly didn't know how to do. Finished within a couple hours, and wasn't too expensive.
