Very good communication from first to last with disassembly of 60 year old oil burner at my mom's home to the installation of new gas furnace. Mark Wood was our salesperson and he was sensitive to needs of my 83 yo mother. The men who came in to disassemble were from Aztec Corp. and quick and clean with asbestoes removal in an afternoon. The gentlemen from Verizon completed the job in a few short days, and were also respectful of the property , leaving it well maintained . I would definitely recommend Horizon to all.

Horizon reps and technicians were very polite and extremely clean . They had the old unit out and the new one installed in less than one day. They arrived when they said they would and even came back the next day when I found water on the basement floor. It turns out the waterpump was not tightened down correctly a problem that they quickly fixed. I would recommend them to anyone of my friends needing furnace or AC work.
