There are not enough words to describe James Strong. A thorough professional. Most other contractors just do enough to get the job done but Jim goes the extra mile. For example, even without my asking, he painted the walls and cleaned the floors of my boiler room. Plus the installation was started AND COMPLETED ahead of schedule. So whats there not to like?

Brady returned my online request in 30 min. My concern was his online recommendations were mostly for landscaping and I needed a certified HVAC tech. I asked him to explain his expertise in HVAC and he expertly & professional gave me his technical resume and formal training at NE Fuel Institute for all his certifications. I had a timely need for a technician & he set an appt with me 2 days on a Saturday!, w/out overtime or travel charges ....which fit exactly into MY schedule, not his. One his 1st visit he diagnosed the problems-ordered the parts & fixed the furnace with 100% satisfaction. Honest, conscientious, & professional service.
