Because I have had such good luck with Servicemagic, I thought I would go with their choices again. Dicks Heating and Air customer service was very nice to deal with right from the beginning. They were able to schedule accordingly for my busy schedule (not theirs). This is a real plus in my book. The names of the two individuals that came out from the company were Greg, and Vince. Both did an excellent job, and are well trained; very professional, and experienced as well. I would like to further single out Greg as a very adept and well seasoned technician. Dick's Heating and AC was absolutely the right choice. Thank you Servicemagic!!!

Though the original furnace issue is still a mistery, excess ignitor noise, I felt the contractor did their best to try and locate the problem.

The Dana's technician who came to my home (Sam ?) was great. He was very thorough in cleaning the furnace, replacing filters, and inspecting it to make sure everything was working properly. Before he left, he explained the importance of replacing the filters and annual maintenance to make sure the furnace is operating at its optimal performance. I purchased a service contract with Dana's, so they'll be back to clean/inspect my furnace next year. When you find a good contractor at a reasonable price, there's no reason to look for anyone else.
