The salesman was very attentive to our needs and revised his estimate several times, based on our requests. The workmen came to install the equipment promptly and completed the entire job (new water heater, new furnace and first time air conditioning) in one day, faster than expected. They cleaned everything up and spent time explaining the new system. We have no complaints - at least not yet. (The work was done yesterday, so there hasn't been time to do a longer term assessment.) If all continues to go well, I would have no qualms about hiring ARS again.

There was a misunderstanding on my part about the service that I had contracted. Installation was completed as contracted. However, the system is not functioning better than what I had. An attempt has been made to correct the problem--the heat is not reaching the top floor even with a new, more powerful system.
