Very professional, got the job done same day, when they came out to look at job they explained options and gave me the price right there. They even called the next day to let me know about further discount coupons to save me even more $. The only problem I had with them was that they were 2 hours late due to a mix up at the warehouse and I sat at my house waiting the whole time and no one from the office called to let me know there was a problem. The installers rectified the situation and apologized profusely. All in all, I was extremely pleased. Even NICOR GAS Company stated that Golden Seal was wonderful. I know I made the right choice.
