I received the initial call back quickly. All communication was over the phone/internet because I was two states away from my house. This company spent the time to figure out the best way to replace my old boiler with furnaces in a century home where placing venting was a major challenge. They rose to the occasion and suggested a minimally invasive solution. Upon inspection, they left the house clean. They adjusted the quote to accommodate a requested upgrade in the types of furnaces within a reasonable price range. When one misplaced hose caused a malfunction they came out right away. Highly professional. Would use again.
