First, Jeff respected the requests I made in my e-mail about contacts. . . That was great. He came out to look at the furnace on his way between places so only had to wait one day. We were lined up for repair as soon as I agreed to the estimate (which he over estimated. . . and I appreciated that!).
Repairs were made and the "unforseen" sneaked up on us. . . the chimney was plugged. By then, snow had been dumped on us and it was too dangerous for Jeff and/or his employees to crawl around on a steep-pitched, second story roof. We waited, with electric space heaters glowing!
Finally, the furnace runs like a dream. Hire Jeff!
