The work was done correctly and exactly to schedule. The quality of the work was acceptable; a few small details were sloppy but overall the system works well.

My only gripe was that when I called them back because of a slightly flaky electronic thermostat, the employee didn't believe what I was saying, said the thermostat checked out, and left without replacing it. If it were my business, I'd give the customer the benefit of the doubt and replace the 'stat - what's $50 (on a multi-thou $$ system), balanced against customer satisfaction?
