The project when great. They showed up when they said they would. Did a quality job for a reasonable price. I highly recommend them, could not be more pleased with the job.

Install or Replace Furnace or Forced Air Heating System in 97402

The sales estimator was excellent all through the project. The first group of installers were not professional and we brought it to the sales/estimators attention and he solved the problem quickly.

Install or Replace a Heat Pump in 97530

Easy to work with, efficient and did the job quickly and to my satisfaction. Only rated 4 star instead of the 5 because I did not like the fact that the pipes showed on the outside of the unit which was in my laundryroom. It would be nice if the manufacturer had a cover plate over the unit but this is not the fault of Prompt Heating but the design of the manfacture of the unit.
