Distance from the contractor's business to my home and year end holidays made this project last about a week, but two new heat pumps were installed at a very competitive price (20% below other bids).

Russell did an outstanding job! His price was fair and his work quality was excellent. He even went so far as to stop back on a Sunday afternoon and drop off some filters for my system. That is service you just don't see anymore. I would hire Russell again and recommend him to anyone in need of work or assistance with their heating and air conditioning unit.
As a side note Russell after installing the air cleaners and humidifiers, which is what we hired him to do went room to room througout our house to make sure the air was balanced sufficiently so that our daughter's room was getting just the right air flow. She had been have trouble sleeping b/c her room was too dry and either got too much heat or not enough - she now sleeps through the night! Anyone with an infant at home knows what a monumental event that is. Russell is a top rate contractor and a nice guy to top it all off.
