Jorge did a great job at a price which was couple of hundred dollars less than what the other contractor was asking for. The other contractor were recommending to replace the furnace but Jorge not only did not charge for the estimate but also gave honest feedback on not to replace the furnace but to repair it.

Jorge called on a Saturday, within minutes of my placing my SM order. He was quite helpful. I thought I was looking a new furnace. Jorge said, he would be in the area on a job, could he look at it? I asked how much? he said..."no charge, I just can't make an guess w/ out looking..it could be a fairly simple repair not a new furnace". I said great... he came. He was extrememly polite, professional, looked everything over and explained my options.. It turned out we could do a repair for far less, which we did that Monday. It was a wonderful repair experience. He was great. No Saturday rates, no muss no fuss. I great experience.
